We're good to go here at Masons and we have been officially accredited by Visit England with their "We're Good to Go" mark. Alongside our Were Good to Go accreditation, we have been recognised for our role in supporting the recovery of the UK tourism sector and have been issued with the Safe Travels stamp from the World Travel and Tourism Council.
Keeping our customers safe and well is our top priority and we continue to have measures in place to make you feel safe and comfortable on our trips.
The safety measures we have in place mitigate the transmission of the virus on our coaches.
To keep you safe the following procedures are to remain in place:
Mask wearing is optional however we recomend wearing masks when boarding and moving around the coach.
Enhanced deep cleaning of vehicles and touch points.
Hand Sanitiser on board the coach.
Drivers to conduct lateral flow testing twice weekly and temperature checks before entering work.
Customer details retained for Track & Trace purposes.
What happens if a government imposed covid19 restriction or lockdown means my holiday or day excursion cannot take place?
In the situation whereby the government imposes a lockdown or restriction whereby your departure cannot take place, you will either be offered a full refund, or the opportunity to transfer onto an alternative departure during 2021 or 2022. Please note: For excursions, we will automatically credit your account and inform you of the new date. You will then need to re-book if the new date is suitable, or whether you would prefer to have a refund or transfer your booking to an alternative.
What happens if I choose to cancel my booking but there are no government imposed covid restrictions?
Should you decide to cancel your booking, but there are no restrictions in place and the tour is going ahead as planned, then standard T&Cs will apply.
