Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons.
On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

To the front of the property is a block paved terrace with level access from the pavement to the seating area. There are no steps to the main entrance of the hotel, access is via a large ramp leading directly from the pavement to the double doors of the main building. The main entrance leads on to the reception lounge and foyer where there is a charging point for electric scooters and wheelchairs.
The public rooms are all located on the ground floor level and follow an open plan lay out consisting of a main lounge, bar and bar lounges, cabaret room with small stage and dance floor, public toilets as well as an adapted toilet.
The Restaurant is located on the lower ground floor and can be accessed via staircase or lift.
Guest rooms in the hotel are accessed by passenger lift or stairs, please note there are steps to some rooms.
Please note that where a room says shower only this is a shower cubicle raised off the floor and if a room states shower and bath the shower is located over the bath tub.
The lift cannot be used in the event of a fire.
