About The Great Gatsby Musical

It’s the Roarin’ 20’s, old sport. Meet mysterious millionaire, Jay Gatsby. He entertains the rich and famous with riotous parties at his Long Island mansion yet never joins in. Gatsby longs instead to reunite with his former flame Daisy Buchanan, but Daisy comes from another lifetime, long before the money… 

Featuring a  jazz and pop-influenced original score, The Great Gatsby is the brand new musical based on the classic American novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Set in the Jazz Age on Long Island, New York, this is “one wildly entertaining night at the theatre, and musical theatre at its finest” (Theatrely).

Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons.

On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Accessibility

 

At the London Coliseum we are committed to making the theatre available to everyone.  We run an access scheme with the English National Opera which gives audiences with access needs the ability to buy half-price tickets to most shows (subject to availability).

For every performance we have a dedicated Access Supervisor who is on hand to provide additional assistance to customers with access needs.

Additional Information

 

Run time is approximately 2hrs and 30 mins including an interval. 

 

If you’d like a drink or a bite to eat when you get to the theatre, you’ll find our bars open from 75 minutes before the show. You’ll be able to take your seat in the theatre auditorium from 30 minutes before the performance begins.

There is a lift for all levels. It can be found in the foyer by the Box Office.
