You may wish to visit the Chimney Lift, a one of a kind experience taking you to the top of the North West chimney for unrivalled 360-degree views of London's skyline.

Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons. On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Chimney Lift Information

• This is at an additional cost and can be booked via https://lift109.co.uk/.

• We kindly request that you only bring a handbag or a small rucksack with dimensions no larger than A4 size (210 x 297 mm) that you can easily carry on your body.

  We do not offer any storage services during your visit, and therefore, we recommend leaving any unnecessary in a secure location before your visit.

• Due to the nature of the attraction, there is a flight of stairs to climb up and down during the experience.

• If you require a step free route, please reserve the wheelchair lift online. The wheelchair lift is available on the hour and on the half hour; please make sure the times on your entry ticket and wheelchair lift reservation match. The maximum wheelchair size we can accommodate is 115cm by 65cm

• There is a public toilet for disabled visitors.

Day Trip Departures

Timetable

• Our timetables are unique. Bookings are taken throughout the year, approx. one month prior to travel we release the balance reminders and your final itinerary, including your pickup times. This allows us to ensure our pickup routes are kept to a minimum and our days run exactly to time.

• Commonly pickups start between 7.45am and 9.00am. We like to arrive at our destinations for approx. 11am.

• Commonly our departures from venues are between 4-5pm. Allowing us to return to our first drop off between 6-7pm.

• Please note, occasionally we use a feeder coach along our pickup routes to accommodate booking requests and keep our main coach pickup route to a minimum.
