Spend the day as you wish, either at the beautiful Botanical Gardens or you could shop til you drop at the Bullring and Grand Central shopping centre.
Birmingham Botanical Gardens is the green heart of Birmingham, offering a uniquely bio-diverse natural environment. It is one of the UKs most significant historic Botanic Gardens which has remarkably remained intact since 1829. The Gardens offers something for everyone. With over 10,000 plants to explore in our 4 Victorian Glasshouses and exciting outdoor Gardens including two Alpine Gardens, the Japanese Garden showcasing the National Bonsai Collection, a Pinetum, the Adventure Playground, and a rolling lawn overlooking our restored authentic bandstand.
Visit Bullring & Grand Central for the ultimate shopping and dining experience! With a huge range of shops and resturants, you'll be glad you have a coach to transport everything home! On the High Street you will find the world's largest Primark, spread over 5 floors you'll find all your clothings essentials as well as food and drink, and even a beauty studio for some pampering!
Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons. On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Accessibility at Botanical Gardens
We aim to make everyones visit to the Gardens enjoyable.
Most of the Gardens are wheelchair friendly, please note that some surfaces are uneven and areas of the Gardens are on an incline.
A limited number of mobility scooters and wheelchairs are available to hire for visitors. It is advisable to book in advance call our reception team on 0121 454 1860 and select option 1, A small, refundable deposit applies.
There is a small decline on the ramped access at the main entrance for wheelchair, mobility scooter and pushchair users.
All four of our historic glasshouses are wheelchair and scooter accessible.
A disabled toilet is situated at the right hand end of the Main Reception as you enter.
The Café is accessed from the Loudon Terrace via a ramp or steps. This is situated adjacent to the Subtropical House entrance.
The Café has self-service food displays and a service counter accessible to all users.
Toilets are available in the Café but these are not adapted for use by wheelchair users.
