Christmas isn’t complete without carols at the Royal Albert Hall.
Join us for a magical performance featuring a mix of traditional and modern festive favourites.
With an orchestra, choir, presenter, soloist, and plenty of sing-along moments, it’s the ultimate way to celebrate the season.
Concert running time: 2hours 20 minutes (inc 25 minute interval)
Please note, there is likely to be two coaches and the pickup route spilt, if you wish to be sat with friends in the venue please let us know when booking.
If you have to cancel after this date we will endeavour to sell on the space, in which case a refund will be provided.

Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons. On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.
Itinerary
We aim to arrive for approx 13.00 so you can get a pre-theatre meal should you wish, have a look around, get a glass of wine and make yourself settled.

Unisex wheelchair-accessible toilets are located as follows:
- Ground Floor (Level 0): Door 8 porch and Door 12 Grand Tier, Door 4
- Rausing Circle (Level 3): Door 8
- Arena Foyers: Door 1
- Gallery (Level 5): Door 1

The accessible toilet at Gallery level is 48cm high and all the others are 45cm high.

The Royal Albert Hall has many entrances at Ground level. Ramped access is located at Doors 1, 3, 8, 9 and 12.

Public lifts are located at Doors 1 and 8 with automatic doors, Braille, tactile numbering and voice announcements.

These lifts serve all levels from Basement to Gallery.

Arena Foyers can be accessed via a platform lift from Basement level at Door 1

The coach will drop off outside the front of the venue so maximum a minute or so walk to the venue.
Timetable
Our timetables are unique. Bookings are taken throughout the year, approx. one month prior to travel we release the balance reminders and your final itinerary, including your pickup times. This allows us to ensure our pickup routes are kept to a minimum and our days run exactly to time.
Commonly pickups start between 7.45am and 09.00am. We like to arrive at our destinations for approx. 11am. And commonly our departures from venues are between 4-5pm. Allowing us to return to our first drop off between 6-7pm.
Aylesbury/Begrove/Aston Clinton is new to 2022 – if there is a trip you are interested in that does not have these new stops listed, please do register your interest, as we grow this pickup route, we will look to add additional dates/coaches to accommodate requests.
Please note, occasionally we use a feeder coach along our pickup routes to accommodate booking requests and keep our main coach pickup route to a minimum.
