this 21-acre living museum with trains dating from Victorian times to the 1960s.
Includes a ride on a steam train.
Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons. On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Accessibility
From the station entrance, access is via the station subway and an unavoidable flight of 18 steps leading into the Railway Centre. This is the only access route.
Once inside the Centre there is level access to most areas.
We have our own wheelchairs for visitors use if they can climb the stairs with our help.

Timetable
Our timetables are unique. Bookings are taken throughout the year, approx. one month prior to travel we release the balance reminders and your final itinerary, including your pickup times. This allows us to ensure our pickup routes are kept to a minimum and our days run exactly to time.
Commonly pickups start between 7.45am and 09.00am. We like to arrive at our destinations for approx. 11am.
Commonly our departures from venues are between 4-5pm. Allowing us to return to our first drop off between 6-7pm.
Please note, occasionally we use a feeder coach along our pickup routes to accommodate booking requests and keep our main coach pickup route to a minimum.
