Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons. On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

 

 

 

 

 

Accessibility

• Gloucester Quays offers wheelchairs and mobility scooters for hire, lifts and accessible toilets.

• We have a ramp to be able to enter the center on our St Anns Way entrance where the coach drop off point is. We also have numerous benches located around the Quays if anyone needs to sit down as well as various cafes with seating areas.

• Yes, we have lift access to all floors at both stairwell A and stairwell B. We also have access for all toilet which is located at the bottom of stairwell B (large with plenty of space for pushchairs and wheelchairs as well as assistance) and several disabled toilets throughout the centre which require a radar key (one can be borrowed or purchased from the Customer Service desk).
