Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons.

Accessability
Monkey World
All of Monkey World is accessible for our disabled visitors except for the Woodland Walk, due to the uneven ground.
The only primate enclosure along the Woodland Walk is one marmoset house.
In a few places around the park there are some uneven surfaces and short areas on steep cambers which may be difficult to negotiate for manual wheelchair users.
A separate disabled toilet with wheelchair access is situated near the main entrance and one near the gibbon enclosure.

Wide route sthrough - Ramp and lift down to gallery.
The Restaurant is located on the first floor and can be accessed by two lifts.
Table spacing provides ample manoeuvrability for wheelchair users.
The space comprises of both self- service and assisted service with staff happy to assist in carrying goods and trays if required.
The nearest accessible toilet is located next to the restaurant entrance on the same level.
