All Inclusive
Each day of your break will be packed with inclusive sports, leisure facilities, fun activities, and entertainment and as much or as little food and drink as you desire.
Normally, the biggest out-of-pocket expense of any holiday or short break is drinks - whether it’s a nice glass of wine, a latte or a gin and tonic or two –
but at Potters, these are included!
In addition to Breakfast and Dinner, there is an All-Day menu.
Starting half an hour after your full English breakfast through until 4pm throughout each full day of your stay,
you can make your choice from soups to snacks and from pizza to pasta to club sandwiches or something lighter at any time to suit yourself.
Dinner is served between 6.30pm and 8.00pm with a good choice of evening menus.
Entertainment
The award winning Potters theatre company will continue their entertainment, with seating in the Atlas bar.
There is also the option to watch on the 'Potters live TV' which is streamed through channels to be enjoyed in the comfort of your room.
We hope that we will not have to make any change to your holiday but, because our holidays are planned many months in advance, we sometimes do need to make minor changes. We reserve the right to do this at any time.
Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons.
On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Accessibility

If you require a shower (small step in) you will need to book a Standard Bungalow rather than a Bungalow Plus.
Potters resort and facilities are accessible but if you have special requirements in terms of accommodation please let us know at time of booking.
Wheelchairs are available to hire from both Resort for £3 per day (with a £20 refundable deposit). If you're looking to book a mobility scooter for your stay, we have a limited number of these available at Hopton-on-Sea for £17.50 per day.
While we have accommodation with dedicated ease of access facilities, it's also possible for us to arrange items such as bath boards, grab rails and raised toilet seats at no additional charge, and our Reservations Team will help you with any requests at time of booking.
