Each day of your break will be packed with inclusive sports, leisure facilities, fun activities, and entertainment and as much or as little food and drink as you desire.

Normally, the biggest out-of-pocket expense of any holiday or short break is drinks - whether it’s a nice glass of wine, a latte or a gin and tonic or two –

 but on your January break at Potters, these are included!

 

 

And, Even MORE Food included!

 

In addition to Breakfast and Dinner, Potters have replaced the usual lunch window with a new All-Day menu. 

Starting half an hour after your full English breakfast through until 4pm throughout each full day of your stay, you can make your choice from soups to snacks and from pizza to pasta to club sandwiches or something lighter at any time to suit yourself. 

 

Potters want this change to leave you the flexibility for relaxing or fulfilling sport, leisure and activity filled days.  And remember, as has been the promise for 100 years now at Potters, if it’s on the menu - you can order as much or as little as you wish and now - as often as you like all day!

 

Dinner is served between 6.30pm and 8.00pm with a good choice from our evening menus. For the guests upgrading with trusted friends and getting into one of our new ‘safe as it gets’ Private Lounges, you will be served by your restaurant butler and can enjoy your very own dinner party style evening at the time of your choosing. – please speak to a member of the team for further upgrade information and costings.

 

Entertainment

The award winning Potters theatre company will continue their entertainment, with seating in the Atlas bar or the option to enjoy entertainment in one of their newly refurbished entertainment rooms. There is also the option to watch on the 'Potters live TV' which is streamed through channels to be enjoyed in the comfort of your room, the private lounges and at various sports around the resort.

 

 

 

 

We hope that we will not have to make any change to your holiday but, because our holidays are planned many months in advance, we sometimes do need to make minor changes. We reserve the right to do this at any time.

 

 

Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons.

On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Following our morning departures, we make our way to Potters with a lunch stop along the route. Aiming to arrive for 3pm. (All Inclusive begins from 3pm on arrival day).

Upon arrival Potters team will share with you their activities programme for the week, we highly recommend getting involved in as much as you can!

Bungalow accommodation is on one level between the hotel and the sea, while hotel rooms are situated over three floors.

Requests can be made for particular bungalows or rooms but cannot be guaranteed.

 

Holidays Departures

 

Timetable and door to door services

 

·     Our timetables are unique. Bookings are taken throughout the year, approx. 6-9 weeks prior to travel we release the balance reminders and your final itinerary, including your pickup times. This will come through to you in the post along with your luggage tags. This allows us to ensure our pickup routes are kept to a minimum and our routes run exactly to time. Commonly pickups start between 7.45am and 9.00am we arrange for comfort stops and lunch stops along the route where necessary. For longer journeys we will arrange additional comfort breaks.

·     Door to Door service can be requested for our holidays where you are unable to board one of our pickup points, we use local taxi services and only charge you what they charge us.

·     Please note, occasionally we use a feeder coach along our pickup routes to accommodate booking requests and keep our main coach pickup route to a minimum.

·     Terms & Conditions are available on our website or by request.

·     We do not supply holiday insurance but highly recommend you purchase this for your peace of mind.

·     We work closely with the hotels to ensure they are aware of any room requests you have made, on some occasion’s hotels are not able to accommodate all requests, so please do note these are not guaranteed

·     Our planned excursions dates may vary from the advertised itinerary pending booking arrangements.

·     Many of our holidays have limited single rooms, these are sold on a first serve first come bases. Any single supplements or sole occupancy charges are set by the hotels.
