Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons.
On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Public rooms are on the ground floor.
There is no lift however 28 bedrooms are within the main building, with 14 on the ground floor, many with step in showers.
The remaining 16 rooms are across a short covered walkway in a separate wing, up five steps in their own bedroom block, 8 of which
are ground floor. These are shower over the bath.
Bedrooms are wheelchair accessible with wide doors and grab rails for access.
Please give your requests at time of booking.
The leisure club, including an indoor pool, is located next to the bedrooms.
