The town's long, sweeping promenade invites leisurely strolls along the seafront, where visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the English Channel,
watch fishing boats bobbing offshore, or simply unwind to the soothing sound of the waves.
The pebbled beach, framed by dramatic sandstone cliffs, provides a stunning backdrop for peaceful walks, fossil hunting, and unforgettable sunsets.

River Exe boat trip, step on board for a relaxing, award-winning cruise through the calm waters of the River Exe.
As a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest, the estuary is home to a magnificent variety of wildlife and stunning Devon scenery.
A la Ronde, a characterful 16-sided house and grounds with views of the Exe estuary, built in 1796 by cousins Jane & Mary Parminter.
Filled with curious mementoes of their Grand Tour travels, and handcrafted decorations from shell, feather and paper.
