The Story...

Written by Tony Award-winner Joe DiPietro and directed by Kathleen Marshall, the musical explores a pivotal period in Sinatra's life beginning on New Year's Eve 1942. It follows his meteoric rise, his turbulent marriage to Nancy Sinatra, his high-profile affair with Ava Gardner, and his legendary career comeback.

It is New Year’s Eve, 1942, and a skinny 27-year-old Italian-American singer is about to step onto the stage of New York City’s Paramount Theatre

and give a performance that will change music history.

But as Frank Sinatra’s voice captures a nation, his heart is torn between his wife, Nancy, and movie goddess, Ava Gardner.

When scandal and a hostile press send his career into a tailspin, the young crooner fights back and stages the greatest comeback in show business history.

The production features a live 17-piece orchestra performing over 20 of Sinatra’s most iconic hits, including:

That’s Life

One For My Baby

The Best Is Yet To Come

Come Fly With M

I’ve Got the World on a String

“You only live once and the way I live, once is enough.”

Frank Sinatra
