Originally laid out as a purpose-built resort by renowned architect James Burton in the 19th century, St Leonards-on-Sea was cemented as a jewel in the British coastal crown when Princess Victoria and her mother, the Duchess of Kent, stayed here during the winter of 1834. Don’t be fooled, however, by its royal patronage, stuccoed fronts and symmetrical façades; the charm of St Leonards lies in its resolutely offbeat and laid-back spirit.

 

Often mentioned in the same breath as its battle-worn neighbour Hastings, St Leonards has a resolute identity of its own. Eccentricity is encouraged and the individualist attitude of the town is felt in every corner, where picture-perfect seaside views are the backdrop for excellent restaurants, brilliant boutiques and an exceptionally creative art scene.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons. On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Timetable

• Our timetables are unique. Bookings are taken throughout the year, approx. one month prior to travel we release the balance reminders and your final itinerary, including your pickup times. This allows us to ensure our pickup routes are kept to a minimum and our days run exactly to time.

• Commonly pickups start between 7.45am and 9.00am. We like to arrive at our destinations for approx. 11am.

• Commonly our departures from venues are between 4-5pm. Allowing us to return to our first drop off between 6-7pm.

• Please note, occasionally we use a feeder coach along our pickup routes to accommodate booking requests and keep our main coach pickup route to a minimum.
