Hydro Spa

Hydrotherapy is a therapeutic whole-body treatment that involves moving and exercising in water; essentially physiotherapy in a pool. Hydrotherapy pools are usually different from ordinary pools – the pressure and movement of water is controlled and changed accordingly to who’s using the pool, and why. It reduces muscle tension and relieves pain, rehabilitates injured muscles, boosts the immune system, encourages detoxification and relieves stress.

There is a charge of £10 per person per session for full use of our Spa facilities including Hydro Pools, a cold plunge pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam rooms to all our residents.
