Join us for Sussex's ultimate festive trail, featuring new installations inspired by the hidden world of trees and the bustling ecosystem beneath our feet. 

 

As darkness falls, the gardens are brought to life with beautifully hand-crafted winter lanterns and captivating light installations created by leading artists.

 

Experience the joy of Christmas shopping at the Visitor Centre Gift Shop and Plant Centre, where you'll find a range of botanical-inspired gifts and treasures, perfect for spreading holiday cheer.

 

A range of seasonal food and drink, sweet and savoury treats and grab-and-go family meals will be available from our Glow Wild chalets and onsite restaurants.

Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons. On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Accessibility

 

• The trail is just over one mile long and takes approximately an hour to walk round. It is fully accessible and can be viewed from hard standing and/or flat gravel paths, which are suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

• Please be aware that the landscape is undulating so there are some slopes and not all paths are concrete or even.

• Wheelchairs are available to borrow on a first come, first served basis.

• Four mobility scooters are available per evening and must be booked in advance by calling 01444 894067.

• There are accessible toilets and baby changing facilities available at the start and throughout the trail.

 

 

Food & Drink

• A range of seasonal food and drink, sweet and savoury treats and grab-and-go family meals will be available from our Glow Wild chalets and onsite restaurants. Please note all payments are by card only.

• Please inform the catering staff of any allergies. There will be a variety of food available to meet a range of dietary requirements.

• We will be using returnable cups. Please follow onsite signage and use the drop-off points to help save the planet, one cup at a time.

 

Day Trip Departures

 

Timetable

• Our timetables are unique. Bookings are taken throughout the year, approx. one month prior to travel we release the balance reminders and your final itinerary, including your pickup times. This allows us to ensure our pickup routes are kept to a minimum and our days run exactly to time.

• Commonly pickups start between 7.45am and 9.00am. We like to arrive at our destinations for approx. 11am.

• Commonly our departures from venues are between 4-5pm. Allowing us to return to our first drop off between 6-7pm.

• Please note, occasionally we use a feeder coach along our pickup routes to accommodate booking requests and keep our main coach pickup route to a minimum.
