We will drop you off in Kensington for the day and you choose where to visit!

 

General entry is free for the Science Museum, Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum but some exhibitions have a cost.

 

It is strongly recommended you check the museum website and book in advance to avoid queuing, even for free entry tickets.

 

 

 

 

Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons. On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Accessibility

The museums are all within 2 or less minute walk maximum of each other.

 

Science Museum

• Step-free entrance

• All lifts in the museum are accessible and go to all floors.

 

Natural History Museum

• Lifts throughout the venue

• Wheelchair-accessible toilets

• Cromwell Road main entrance & Exhibition Road entrance have step-free access

 

Victoria & Albert Museum

• The Cromwell Road and Exhibition Road entrances are both step-free. At the Cromwell Road entrance, a wheelchair accessible door is located between the revolving doors.

• At the Exhibition Road entrance, an automatic opening door is located at the bottom of the ramp. (The Tunnel entrance from South Kensington underground station is not wheelchair accessible.)

• Stools are available in a range of galleries, please ask a member of staff for assistance.

• Lifts are operating throughout the building.

Timetable

• Our timetables are unique, bookings are taken throughout the year, and we release the pickup times around a month before departure. This allows us to ensure our pickup routes are kept to a minimum and our days run to time.

• Arrival and departure times in our brochure and on our website are a guideline and will be confirmed on your final confirmation.

• On some trips we run Fast Track pickups, typically on coastal trips or those of some distance. This shortens the pickup times and gets you to the destination in good time.

• Terms and Conditions can be found on our website or copies supplied upon request.
