Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons. On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating to maximize the seating available. We accept no liability in the event of any such change.

Bag Policy

All bags are searched prior to entry; therefore, to help speed things up and ensure your safety, we'd prefer if you didn't bring a bag to our venue.

Now, we understand some of you will definitely need to bring some essential bits to the show, if you do, then your bag **MUST** be the following...

• No bigger than A4 in size (21cm x 30cm x 19cm)

• Maximum of 2 compartments

• Rucksacks are not permitted

 

Accessibility

Resorts World Arena is fully accessible for people with physical and sensory disabilities, with 2 accessible entrances, flat floor and ramped access throughout and lifts to hospitality areas and the Show Deck. We also have lowered counters at Box Office and Catering and Merchandise units.

Please note that in the Resorts World Arena, there are 29 steps to get into the arena bowl. Once at the top of the 29 steps this brings you to Row H. (The rows are in alphabetical order, but there is no row I or O). Once you are at row H for every row above H there are an additional 2 steps per row.

(Example if you are seated in row R, then you will have to climb 29 initial steps plus 9 rows x 2 steps which means there would be a further 18 steps)

If you need clarification of how many steps there will be to your specific seats please ask us to confirm.

 

Please ensure you can manage the steps before you purchase any tickets.

 

 

 

Day Trip Departures

 

Timetable

• Our timetables are unique. Bookings are taken throughout the year, approx. one month prior to travel we release the balance reminders and your final itinerary, including your pickup times. This allows us to ensure our pickup routes are kept to a minimum and our days run exactly to time.

• Commonly pickups start between 7.45am and 9.00am. We like to arrive at our destinations for approx. 11am.

• Commonly our departures from venues are between 4-5pm. Allowing us to return to our first drop off between 6-7pm.

• Please note, occasionally we use a feeder coach along our pickup routes to accommodate booking requests and keep our main coach pickup route to a minimum.
